Privacy

Data protection. The data you enter remains the property of your company. JKdevs processes it solely to provide the service, and neither sells it nor discloses it to third parties. Each company has access only to its own data.

The platform is operated by JKdevs. Each company's data (account, clients, price list, invoices, payments, drivers and trucks, statistics) is stored separately in Google Cloud Firestore, and PDF invoices, reports and the logo are stored in a dedicated folder for the company in Google Cloud Storage, within the European Union.

The data is accessible only through the platform and only to the signed-in company. Direct external access to the database and the files is not possible. Backups are made and retained for 30 days.

Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication; the session cookie is httpOnly. The email (SMTP) password is stored encrypted and is never displayed.

JKdevs uses the data only to operate the platform and provide support, and does not pass it on to third parties. To access, export or delete your data, write to info@jkdevs.com.

Datenschutz. Die von Ihnen erfassten Daten bleiben Eigentum Ihres Unternehmens. JKdevs verarbeitet sie ausschließlich zur Erbringung der Leistung, verkauft sie nicht und gibt sie nicht an Dritte weiter. Jedes Unternehmen hat ausschließlich Zugriff auf seine eigenen Daten.

Die Plattform wird von JKdevs betrieben. Die Daten jedes Unternehmens (Konto, Kunden, Preisliste, Rechnungen, Zahlungen, Fahrer und LKW, Statistiken) werden getrennt in Google Cloud Firestore gespeichert, PDF-Rechnungen, Berichte und das Logo in einem eigenen Ordner des Unternehmens in Google Cloud Storage, innerhalb der Europäischen Union.

Die Daten sind nur über die Plattform und nur für das angemeldete Unternehmen zugänglich. Ein direkter Zugriff von außen auf die Datenbank und die Dateien ist nicht möglich. Es werden Sicherungen erstellt, die 30 Tage aufbewahrt werden.

Die Anmeldung erfolgt über Firebase Authentication; das Sitzungscookie ist httpOnly. Das E-Mail-Passwort (SMTP) wird verschlüsselt gespeichert und niemals angezeigt.

JKdevs verwendet die Daten ausschließlich für den Betrieb der Plattform und den Support und gibt sie nicht an Dritte weiter. Für Auskunft, Export oder Löschung Ihrer Daten schreiben Sie an info@jkdevs.com.

Податоците се достапни само преку платформата, само на најавената фирма. Директен пристап до базата и до датотеките однадвор не е можен. Се прават резервни копии, а се чуваат 30 дена.

Најавата е преку Firebase Authentication; колачето за сесијата е httpOnly. Лозинката за е-пошта (SMTP) се чува шифрирана и никогаш не се прикажува.
